It is a kind of high molecular organic flame retardant with both aromatic and aliphatic bromine. Widely used in engineering plastics and epoxy resin flame-retardant, is an additive flame retardant.

III.  Product use

 

Methyl octabromo ether is a good flame retardant for olefin resins. It is mainly used in EPS, XPS, polypropylene, polypropylene fiber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-butadiene rubber and so on. When used in polypropylene, our products have the advantages of no smoke and odor, no change of color and so on.
