Br-SBS Masterbatch

I.  Product profile 

(1)  Particle shape is neat, uniform, dust-free, and has no pollution to the equipment and environment.

(2)  Excellent dispersion, can make the flame retardant evenly distributed in the extrusion plate, so that it can play the full flame retardant efficiency.

(3) The selection of imported heat stabilizer makes the thermal decomposition temperature 230℃, and all the indexes of flame retardant XPS masterbatch meet the export standard.

Product usage

Br-SBS masterbatch compared to hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD) masterbatch, more qualitative in mechanical processing, and Br-SBS masterbatch in dissolution mixture, injection into mold, extrusion foam process conditions, bearing force is very small, almost no thermal degradation, process temperature can reach more than 230℃, good thermal stability, can be used as a good substitute for hexambromocyclododecane. This product is used as a flame retardant for extruded polystyrene (XPS).
